1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting to the VanillaHub Minecraft server (vanillahub.net) or purchasing from our store (vanillahub.tebex.io), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Store Purchases
All purchases from the VanillaHub store are for in-game cosmetic items and rank perks. All sales are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or PayPal dispute will result in a permanent and irreversible ban from all VanillaHub services.
Rank perks are tied to your Minecraft username at time of purchase. It may take up to 20 minutes for purchases to be credited in-game. If you are not credited after this period, open a support ticket on our Discord with proof of purchase.
3. In-Game Rules
Players are expected to behave respectfully. The following are prohibited and may result in a permanent ban without refund:
• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized mods that provide an unfair advantage
• Griefing, theft, or destruction of other players' property outside of designated PvP zones
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats toward other players or staff
• Exploiting bugs or duplication glitches without reporting them
4. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to all rank purchases, crate keys, and any other items in the store. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity on your Minecraft account while connected to VanillaHub. Account sharing is at your own risk — bans apply to accounts, not individuals.
6. Changes to Terms
VanillaHub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
